Square One was founded by Peter Reitz who moved to the Caribbean from Germany 36 years ago (1980). His professional background at that time was in Dental Technology and fine mechanics.

 

This attention to detail has been implemented into his Construction business which he started 15 years ago after he sold his Dental business. “I have always embraced new challenges and since I did quite a bit of property development in all my years in the Caribbean the next step evolved and Square One Ltd was established!”

 

Square One’s major differentiator in the construction business is exactly this attention to detail and focus. It starts with Peter taking the time to listen carefully to his clients and a professional team that is driven to stay focused and strive for perfection.

Stephen Moore Photography is based in the Caribbean.
 
Steve has been a photographer in the caribbean with over 20 years of experiance. His passion is photography, which shows in his work. Steve has sailed up and down the island chain with Antigua being his home. He has worked on most of the islands doing Family, Fashion, Wedding, Architectural and Wildlife Photography.

The development team is headed by Rufus Gobat, who is also a  Director of the very successful Cap Maison, St. Lucia which has won many awards including the Wine Spectator, Travel and Leisure, and Tripadvisor and in 2010 won Best Small Resort in the Caribbean as voted for by Conde Nast.
 
Rufus and his family have had over 40 years experience of developing, opening and operating resorts throughout the Caribbean. He is ably assisted in the design and development of the properties by his wife Alex, with architects including Rob Denning and Lane Pettigrew.

Timothy Payne is a photo journalist by profession, working in the print media field for the past three decades.
 
More recently Timothy has plunged deeply into his photography.
 
Not only does he cover a wide range of work to include landscape, wedding and wildlife photography but he is an avid collector, who owns images of Antigua and Barbuda dating back to 1890.
