Consolidated Foods Limited (CFL) is a private limited liability Saint Lucian Company involved in food retail and some aspects of food distribution. The company was formed in 2004, through a merger of Saint Lucia’s premiere and oldest supermarket chains. The company has operations in both Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The overall aim of CFL is to provide the islands in which it operates with a global retail experience and invest profits back into the local economy. Coral Cove is located within the picturesque Chaguaramas Bay in the island of Trinidad & Tobago. Having served the Caribbean for almost 50 years, the company has spread its wings to North America with two US stores in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. These stores will serve descendants living in the US, who wish to send gifts to family members back home or purchase items for their own American homes. Immigrants will have access to simple commercial mechanism: for island deliveries, the customer visits the store where products are exhibited, chooses the item or items he would like to send, and Courts delivers to their family members through its stores or warehouses located throughout the Caribbean. Deliveries within the US will be made from Brooklyn and Queens store locations.
 
Courts in the United States will be positioned as an ethnic and nostalgic brand that will allow Caribbean people to feel closer to their homelands and families.
